Lord's/MCC

D2F were approached to manage the Lord’s and MCC Members Online Shops on behalf of Lord’s Cricket Ground. Two sites were required: one for the general public and one for MCC Members only. Both sites were to sell merchandise, as well as Experience Products e.g. Lord’s Tours, Hampers etc.

The Solution

D2F consulted Lord’s/MCC and tailored the solution to meet their needs. Both shops were built to the specific brand requirements. This included full design of both sites and set up of 2 on brand Customer Services phone number and email addresses. As the MCC Members is exclusive to Members, D2F built a bespoke login page that worked with data supplied by The MCC to authenticate users.

Weekly and monthly reports set up along with bespoke financial reporting set up. All reports automated and relevant contacts assigned to receive each report.

Merchandise products set up in D2F System, delivered and located in D2F Warehouse.

Experience products set up along with Supplier Portals to allow assigned contacts access to order information. From this portal, delivery notes can be downloaded and the order dispatched. Regular updates between Lord’s/D2F to share ideas for promotions and plan in marketing activity.

Bespoke reporting built to meet the needs of the Finance Team along with weekly and monthly sales and stock reports.

Results

A complete online shopping solution for both Lord’s and MCC customers which is a fully managed, end to end solution selling merchandise along with Lord’s & MCC experience products.
D2F continue to successfully manage both the Lord’s & MCC Online Shops.
